Drumstick Leaves (Moringa Leaves)

Black Pepper

Cumin

Bengal gram dhal

Turmeric

Long pepper

Preparation:

Musumusukkai powder

Mix the Musumusukkai rice powder well with the oil over the cooked rice.

Moringa Rasam powder:

Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup warm water for 10 minutes. Extract juice. Boil tamarind water, tomato, and 2 cups water. Add 2 tbsp Rasam Powder and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
