Preparation:
Moringa Rasam powder:
Soak tamarind in 1/2 cup warm water for 10 minutes. Extract juice. Boil tamarind water, tomato, and 2 cups water. Add 2 tbsp Rasam Powder and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. Serve hot.
Kalarchikkai powder:
Mix well 1 teaspoon of kalarchikai powder in a cup of hot water. You can add honey for taste if you like.
Moringa daal powder:
Add 1-2 tablespoons of Moringa dal powder to your lentil ortidal recipe during cooking for added flavor, nutrition, and vibrant color.
